    “Nicole was wonderful! She is so gracious and welcoming and had everything ready and nicely displayed for our cooking class. It was very fun to go through all the steps of making Paella and getting to eat it at the end of the class. We made dessert too! Nicole invited us into her own home for the lesson, and it made the whole experience feel so personal. While we learned all about the dish and local culture surrounding it we enjoyed local snacks, wine, and good conversation. The ingredients were all purchased that morning by Nicole at the nearby market, and it all tasted so fresh and amazing. Nicole's experience in culinary and education made the whole process feel so approachable, and she even taught us some good knife and kitchen skills along the way. This class is great for people of all skill levels, and was a highlight of our trip to Barcelona.”

    “Nicole is a great teacher & perfect host for this class! 5 of us (friends) learned tips on making fantastic paella at her rooftop patio. She shared life in Barcelona (as she moved there from US many years ago) from a perspective that we could all relate to. The only thing I would mention is that it went long, but we kind of figured it would since paella is not a quick meal to prepare, and, I'll have to say we were all having such a great time it didn't matter!!”
